Industry Seminar Series at Cardiff University

So excited for my first official external speaking engagement with Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd after officially becoming Amazon Web Services (AWS) public speaking certified 🙌🏼🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I’ll be hosting a lecture next Wednesday for the computer science and business schools about my journey into the tech world, some of my high and low points and of course my top tips for students transitioning from education to industry💡

I’ve worked with the computer science school at Cardiff University for about 4 years in total through their National software Academy (NSA) and their Data Science Academy (DSA). Eariler this year I had the pleasure of joining the DSA external advisory board alongside some of the most incredible business leaders and entrepreneurs across Wales.

Being born and bred in Wales, it’s been an honour to advise and contribute to the future curriculum & skills necessary to ensure students are future fit and ready for the world of work ✅

The DSA has some of the most amazing programs such as MSc; Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Computational and Data Journalism and Data Science & Analytics 🧠📚
